How do I change the schedule for my eufy RoboVac?
In order to hear a voice prompt, press and hold the two buttons (start/pause and “recharge”) simultaneously for 5 seconds. RoboVac will also return to its factory default settings at this time. The Wi-Fi connection will be reset upon hearing a voice prompt.
Why does my EUFY vacuum not work?
– Inspect the suction inlet to see if anything is blocking it. – Empty the dust collection and use a vacuum or cleaning brush to clean the filters. – Check to see if the suction gets greater by changing the filter or brush. – Determine whether the filters are wet as a result of liquids on the floor, such as water.
